#Impetuous Author Nicole Morgan Gets Sassy for Oh My! Monday

It's Oh My! Monday once again and we get a very special treat today. My friend, fellow Siren author and one of the Four Seduced Muses has agreed to stop in today to share another excerpt of her new release Impetuous. Some of you may have been at The House of Taboo last week when Nicole shared a steamy excerpt with Lia. Today we get a sensual excerpt from the book. Once you read it, you will definitely want to get your own copy because the second book is going to be released before you know it! ;)

Welcome once again to Sassy Vixen, Nic!

Hi Tammy, thanks for having me as a guest here today on Sassy Vixen for Oh My Mondays! I’m very excited to be here and to talk about my newest release, Impetuous [Incessant Passions 1]. Also, in  just three days the 2nd book in the Incessant Passions series will be released. So look for Tempestuous on January 24th. Without further adieu, here is my new baby, Impetuous

BLURB

The Callaway Corporation recently bought the high-end resort property Jenny Jacobson manages. In that time, they have micromanaged both her and it into the ground. With no budget for repairs she does most of the work herself. She proves to be pretty handy with most of the daily mishaps, until she meets the mysterious drifter, Thomas Beck.

In the middle of a plumbing emergency, Beck comes to her rescue and fixes the problem, saving her from further disaster and costly repairs. Despite her best attempts, she cannot seem to get away from this man who shows up at every turn.

Regardless of her cold treatment toward him, he turns on his charms. Will his cocky arrogance mixed with his sexy smile break down her tough exterior? If so, what secrets is Beck keeping that could ultimately ruin any chance they have to find happiness together?

SENSUOUS EXCERPT:

With their bodies pressed so close together, her nipples were eager for his touch. The friction and heat caused by his chest was so much more than what she was able to do to herself when she would pleasure herself. What she wouldn’t give to have his mouth on her nipples right then, sucking, licking, and gently biting them.

He must have heard her silent plea, because finally his tongue dropped down and wrapped itself around her satin-covered nipple. She no longer cared about being shy. Hungry for more, she grabbed on to the back of his head and arched her body farther into him.

She couldn’t contain her surprised shriek when he gently bit her nipple. It was better than she ever expected. The pressure his teeth provided was just the right amount, between a tiny bit of pain and a whole lot of pleasure.

Beck chuckled. “Easy there, sugar. Let me breathe, too. Just relax. I’m not going anywhere.” He drew back and looked at her.

She probably would have blushed at her brazenness had she not already been flushed with desire for him.
“I’m sorry.”

He didn’t say anything but smiled at her and slowly got up and off her. She waited impatiently, wondering what he was doing. Have I been too forward? Is he going to leave? A million insecurities flooded her mind.

He reached out his hand. He was telling her to stand up and join him. Not with words, but with his actions. Something about him compelled her to want to do exactly what he told her. So, she did. She grasped onto his strong hold, feeling that same electric charge she’d felt the first time they’d touched, and got off of the bed.

Standing up in front of him, she waited for him to take charge. When he reached his hands around her, she thought it was for an embrace. Instead he unhooked the clasp of her bra. Slowly, almost painfully sweet in his gentleness, he brushed his fingertips along her shoulder blades, bringing the straps up before sliding them down her arms.

Jenny bit her lower lip. The pretty satin no longer covered her from his scrutinizing eyes. It made her feel bare and exposed, not just her body, but her soul.

“Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.”

Relief washed over her. She knew she was attractive and had never doubted that, but for some reason, hearing him say it made her feel sexy and full of life.

In an unconscious move she reached her hand out to touch his chest. She needed to feel whether the muscles that were showing themselves faintly through the thin fabric were real or just a trick of the lighting and her wanton needs.

“Do you want to take it off, Jennifer?” He asked the question while sliding his thumb over an already sensitized nipple.
“Yes.” Her answer came out in a whisper.

She surprised herself by admitting to it so freely, but like everything else that was happening with Beck, she found herself throwing caution to the wind and leading with her body, not her mind.

“Then go ahead.” He encouraged her with a smile.

Jenny grabbed the hem of his shirt and began pulling it up to his shoulders. When she was finally granted a view of his muscular chest, all taut and tanned, something broke within her. Suddenly, her willpower snapped like a rubber band put through too much tension. She brought her tongue down to touch his hard chest as she frantically reached below in an effort to unbutton the front of his jeans. She wasn’t just craving more. She was hungry, ravenous for all that he had to offer.

The Thirteen

His long fingers twitched against mine as he fought not to touch me.  He didn't move as I straddled his hips and let my breasts graze seductively against his cool chest.  At any time he could have easily broken away from my tentative hold.  He remained still, his jaw tight as my lips brushed against the corner of his mouth.

“Please.  I want to do this,”  I begged, gently squeezing his hands and slowly nibbling my teeth against the soft skin of his neck.

His low growl of approval vibrated against me as my lips blazed a trail down his throat and across his collarbone.  I released his hands and placed them beside his legs, giving him a look that warned him to keep them there.  He sat motionless, still watching every move I made with his piercing blue eyes.

Moving to stand between his legs, I leaned over to palm his thighs and whispered quietly against his ear.  “Lean back.”

He moved his hands and braced them behind him.

When Cole Bottego met Leah Allbright she was just a girl, the younger sister of his Marine buddy, Dex. Both of their lives were changed forever in 2007 when an IED killed Dex. In his friend’s final moments, Cole promised to always look out for Leah.

Years pass and Cole keeps his promise. Now grown, Leah is a rookie police officer under the watchful eye of her police chief, Cole. The dynamics of their new roles prove to be more than either of them were prepared for. After years of being best friends they find their feelings changing and complicating their once-easy camaraderie.

Will temptation prove to be too strong for either of them to resist as they’re given a chance to have something neither of them knew they wanted? Or will Cole push his desires aside because of a promise he made years earlier to a dying friend?

First Thirteen

Cole got out from behind the wheel and slammed the door of his Tahoe so hard the entire vehicle shook. Acid rose in his throat, and he fought the urge to duck behind the Dumpster and hurl. He had closed the five-mile distance between the station and the hospital in record time once he’d gotten the call that Leah had been shot. Panic caused him to nearly walk into the automatic double doors when they didn’t slide open fast enough. There were three things on his agenda. Make sure she was okay, find out what the fuck went wrong, and kick the living shit out of whoever was responsible.

Her partner, Colby, was standing in the hallway outside an ER cubicle and met him halfway. “Chief, slow down. She’s going to be fine, It’s just a flesh wound.”

He cared little for the nervous tone in the officer’s voice. It’s not like it was a secret that everyone in the damn department was afraid of him. His protective nature over Leah only made them fear him more. Walking past and ignoring the man’s comment, he pushed the curtain aside and went in.

About Nicole

Nicole Morgan was an avid reader who kept having one recurring problem. Ideas of stories kept popping into her head. Today, Nicole is an author of erotic romantic novels, which more often than not have a suspenseful back story. Erotic romance mixed with a good old-fashioned whodunit. She tries to place strong emphasis on the characters’ emotions while also throwing in some spicy and hot love scenes. Her alpha male of choice will more often than not have a uniform of some kind. From military to police officers, she has a love for writing about those who protect and serve.

While still trying to stay true to her style, she is finding her writing is evolving as she takes on new and uncharted territory for her. In the first months of this year she finally wrapped up her first ever full-length paranormal romance novel. There are many areas of erotica out there that she hasn’t had a chance to really delve into just yet, but she is anxiously looking forward to doing just that.

Thursday Thirteen from Author Tammy Dennings Maggy

Welcome to the Thursday Thirteen! Here we will feature the first thirteen sentences from some of our favorite authors and their current works in progress or one that's already available for purchase.  Since this is our first post, I thought I would start things off with the first thirteen from my very first erotic romance novel with Siren Bookstrand, For the Love of Quinn. The second set of thirteen is from the prequel to Quinn's story entitled The Island (Now and Forever 2). It's still a work in progress so hopefully I will have a tentative release date soon...fingers crossed!

“Dr. Hollis?”
“Yes, Jillian.” Quinn closed her eyes and waited for the inevitable.
“It’s Mrs. Green again. Sorry.” Jillian actually cringed, and Quinn had to laugh. She was sure the young receptionist had done all she could to keep the tenacious elderly woman at bay. Oh well, she thought, better bite the bullet.
“It’s okay. I’ll talk to her, but I am not here for anyone else. I have to finish these charts and catch a plane.”
Jillian smiled and nodded. “Have fun in Vegas, and don’t forget to bring me back a souvenir like one of those hot performers in one of the Cirque du Soleil shows!”

The following is the first thirteen sentences of the Prologue from The Island (Now and Forever 2) I added this after I had written the whole story because I wanted to give a little more background concerning the gods I refer to as The Three. Even though they are not the heroes or heroines in the Now and Forever series, they do play key roles in all of the characters' stories.

The entire far wall of the mountainside chalet was covered with high definition television screens.  Modern technology fascinated The Three. They were able to keep track of their human creations using the very gadgets invented by them. Lucius in particular was fond of the wireless technology used in cell phones and personal computers. With a few swift clicks on the keyboard of his laptop, all the screens came to life with pictures of the people they were gathered to discuss.

Yeshua, the eldest of the Eternal Siblings, sat in a large, overstuffed easy chair taking in all the lives playing out on the screens before him. His deep blue eyes scanned through everything in seconds, immediately recognizing the group as the favorites of his sister, Fate. Once again, she wished to plead their case and asked to be allowed to intervene to make sure their promised destinies would be fulfilled this life time.  Yeshua had refused to let her do more than gently suggest options. Very rarely did he allow her to step in and directly guide the humans. This time, however their brother was siding with Fate. “Lucius, I’m surprised you agree with our sister. You’ve been very active with this group lately, especially Quinn and Jacob.
